- How to proceed?

In the affirmative, you can immediately book your tickets.
If negative, we can inform you about alternative possibilities.

- How to pay?
When your booking is registered, we'll ask you to pay the amount due by transfer to our bank account 293-0594048-75 (Fortis) or 428-0116551-87 (KBC), mentioning the date and the starting place of your river cruise. Immediately after receipt of your payment, we will send you the tickets!
For money transfers from abroad: account 293-0594048-75 (Fortis) with BIC-code: GEBABEBB and IBAN-code: BE05 2930 5940 4875.
Bookings from non EU-countries are charged with € 10 per person administrative costs.


- Discounts:
Groups of 25 participants minimum can get a 10 % discount on the ticket price, only for trips mentioned in our program.
Each participant that does not take part in the coach trip (included in the day price) will get a € 3 discount on the ticket price.
The children's rate mentioned in our brochures applies for children between 4 and 12 years old.
For children between 0 and 3 years old the cruises are free of charge, except when a part of the excursion is by bus.

- Meals:
You can order a cold dish in advance (at the latest 10 days before the cruise), the price amounts to € 9.
Those who don't order anything, are supposed bringing their own picnic.

- Drinks:
It is not allowed to bring your own drinks. A bar is available on the boat, offering a choice of cold and warm drinks.

- All cruises are open for both individuals and groups, unless differently mentioned.

- For groups of more than 50 participants and on request, boat cruises can be organised on different dates (between April and October), taking of course into account the availability of our boats.
