Tourist boat trip
- All boat trips must be reserved in advance, unless the boat trip states: ’Without reservation’.
- While embarking and disembarking on the boat, you should follow strictly the instructions of the captain.
- Should the fixed program, because of nautical, sailing or technical safety (fog, storms, unfavorable tide, breakdown, illness, etc.) not be able to be completed, the managers of Rivertours, guides and captains have - after consultation with the group leader - the right to change the sailing program or to cancel a planned trip (even last minute). The registered passengers will be informed of this beforehand. They have in this case the choice between a refund or an alternative tour. There are no fees or other compensation payable.

- In case of cancellation by the customer (for whatever reason) no refund of tickets is made.
- The payment of the outstanding amounts (tickets, rental price of the boat, etc.) must be done 10 days before the start of the cruise.
- The entrance fee for such as museums etc. is not included in the ticket price and has to be settled on the spot.
- Drinks are available on board and may not be brought.
- Meals must be ordered in advance and may be paid on board. The responsible of the group is requested to collect the money for the meals in advance with the participants.The number of meals that has been ordered, must be paid. Joint meals that require special equipment (cooler, large packaging, plates and cutlery) are not allowed on board. It is allowed to take your own sandwich on board.
- Schools are requested to settle the balance in banknotes (please avoid using coins).
- There may be a photographer on board to shoot footage for our promotional material. In case you don’t want to be photographed of filmed, please give notice to one of our co-workers on board or the photographer.
Our ships
The Rivertours ships can welcome 30 to 300 guests for an event, a party, an excursion,... Each ship has its own atmosphere, setting and décor and is equipped with a bar, as well as audio and multimedia equipment. We set out from various embarkation points, with or without catering.
