Boat trip from Vilvoorde to the picturesque Klein-Willebroek (boarding is also possible at Grimbergen-Humbeek and Kapelle-op-den-Bos). We sail through the rural Green Belt, experience the washing through the large lock of Zemst and visit the historic site of Klein-Willebroek.

You can cycle back home in the afternoon. The most beautiful and easiest cycle route to combine with this sailing route is the uninterrupted cycle path from Klein-Willebroek, along the Rupel and the Dijle to the Zennegat and then along the Zenne to Vilvoorde. From Vilvoorde you can continue cycling to Brussels via the towpath. Or return by train.
