While embarking and disembarking on the boat, you should follow strictly the instructions of the captain.
The fixed program is only to give you an idea. Should the program, because of nautical, sailing or technical safety (fog, storms, unfavorable tide, breakdown, illness, etc.) not be able to be completed, the managers of River Tours, guides and captains have - after consultation with the group leader - the right to change the sailing program.
In case of cancellation by the group leader the following cancellation charges will be charged: - from reservation to 90 days before departure: 25% of the fare - between 90 days and 7 days before departure: 50% of the fare - less than 7 days before departure: 60% of the fare
If a planned boat trip can not take place due to force majeure such as technical failure, adverse weather conditions, the fare paid will be repaid within ten days. There are in such cases no other fees or compensation payable.
Drinks are available on board and may not be brought. With approval of Rivertours however: wine, champagne and appetizers (max. 75cl) may be brought on board. Where appropriate, a corkage will be charged: 12 euros for wine, 17 euros for sparkling wine or cava and 22 euros for champagne.
The payment of outstanding amounts (certification fees, tickets, etc.) should be done before the start of the cruise.
Meals and guides should be ordered minimum 10 days in advance. The responsible of the group is requested to collect the money for the meals in advance with the participants. The number of meals ordered have to be paid on board.
A private catering on board is possible, with approval of River Tours (fee of € 12,50 p.p.)
If you wish to have a room setting that is different from the standard, there will be an extra cost. You can also hire high tables, seat covers, lcd screens, etc.
There is always background music provided on board. You may bring, off course, your own music equipment or invite a DJ with his own professional equipment.
The entrance fee for such as museums, etc., is to be paid on the spot.
