Day trip from Temse and Sint-Amands to Schellebelle and back. Sail to Wetteren and strolling in Schellebelle.
This cruise brings you to the most beautiful and peaceful part of the Scheldt. We pass along the mouth of the Durme, discover green riverbanks lined with charming Scheldt villages, the rhythm of the tides, the fauna and flora of the mud flats. We sail past the natural area 'Vlassenbroekse polders', where the Scheldt gets more space in a new flood area. We cruise on a strongly meandering part of the river Scheldt to Wetteren and Schellebelle. In Schellebelle you can join the guide for a guided tour in the nature of the ‘Kalkense Meersen’.
