Start of the boat trip in Temse. Relax on the outside deck and enjoy a wonderful boat trip on the most beautiful part of the Scheldt between the rivers Durme and Dender. We sail from Temse along the mouth of the Durme the Scheldt and past idyllic Scheldt villages such as Sint-Amands, Mariekerke and Vlassenbroek. We sail on the meandering Scheldt, along the nature reserve ‘de Kramp’ and the new flood areas of the Vlassenbroekse polders.

11:00:

We moor in Dendermonde, where the guide takes you for a walk along the cultural richness of the city.

13:00:

We board and sail towards Baasrode. You can order a meal on board.

14:00:

We moor in Baasrode and walk to the Maritime Museum. The guide takes you along the various yards and sheds.

16:00:

We board and sail back to Temse through a unique river landscape with salt marshes. If you wish, we can also visit the picturesque village of Sint-Amands.

17:45:

Arrival in Temse and end of the boat trip.
