After visiting the Fortress you’ll make a boat trip on one of the most peaceful parts of the Scheldt.

You make a cruise along the picturesque villages of Sint-Amands and Mariekerke, the lade of the Durme, Hamme-Driegoten and Weert... and you sail towards Rupelmonde and Hemiksem and the beautifully restored St. Bernard’s Abbey. The polders around Hingene hide a piece of authentic heritage with the castle of Ursel and the famous pavilion De Notelaer.
